Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://ai7x7.net and the services provided by AI4M Labs, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("AI7x7", "we"). By creating an account, sitting a practice exam, requesting a guide or making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. What AI7x7 is

AI7x7 is an independent exam preparation platform. We publish information about third-party certifications, original practice questions and study guides. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic or any certification provider, and we do not issue credentials. Official exam registration, fees, scheduling, policies and results are handled by the provider and its testing partner, not by us.

2. No guarantee of exam results

Our practice exams and guides are study aids. A practice score is not an official scaled score and does not predict, guarantee or imply a pass on any official exam. Official exam content, weights and policies can change; we show the source version and verification date on each page and update as we re-verify, but you are responsible for checking the provider's current exam guide before you sit an exam.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in link private. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, sharing paid content or attempts to extract answer keys.

4. Free services

Free practice exams and guides are provided for personal, non-commercial study. We may change, limit or withdraw free services at any time.

5. Premium purchases

Premium packages are a one-time purchase of $19 per certification, granting access through your account to the stated practice exams and explanations for as long as the package remains on sale and for at least 12 months after purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your location; Stripe calculates and displays tax at checkout where required. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All AI7x7 content — questions, explanations, guides, site text and design — is owned by or licensed to us. You may use it for your own study. You may not copy, publish, resell, share account access, scrape, or use automated tools to extract content or answer keys. Provider trademarks (including "Claude" and "Anthropic") belong to their owners and are used only to identify the certifications discussed.

7. Content accuracy

We work to keep official facts accurate and sourced, and our questions are written and reviewed by people against public exam guides. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam fees, lost earnings or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 6 to 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@ai7x7.net.
